Who are Nika, Nova or Stasya ? New girls at Ford NY ? Not really...
Nika is actually Veranika Antsipava, Nova is Ksenia Malanova and Stasya is Anastasiya Zabirinnyk...
Why changing ? I guess these new names may be stronger and easier to remember...
It seems actually to work pretty well as Nova just did the Alexander Wang show but what a guaranteed headache for Casting Directors or Bookings Editors as Nika or Nova are still Veranika or Ksenia in Paris, London or Milan...
Summer thoughts...
In Paris, which agencies are going to represent soon Karolina Kurkova (IMG -> ?), Hilary Rhoda (Women -> ?), Rosie Tupper (Viva -> ?) or Sharon Kavjian (IMG -> ?). Why girls like Agnes Karlsson or Kremi Otashliyska are not credited anymore on the website of Oui Mgmt ? Will Madison Headrick or Nanou Vandecruys be represented soon in Paris ?
In NY, same question for KK (IMG -> ?), Brooklyn Decker and Madelene de la Motte (both Marilyn -> ?), Jessica Clarke or Taryn Davidson (both DNA -> ?) and Othilia Simon, Madisyn Ritland, Mariane Brivall, Morgane Warnier (all Silent -> ?). Which agency will represent hopefully soon (NYFW ?) Elena Bartels and Juliane Gruner ?
In London, Linda Vojtova is not credited anymore with Storm, Marike Le Roux not anymore with Models 1 or Sessilee Lopez not anymore with Select... Which agency will welcome soon Nadja Bender and Madison Headrick ? Hilary Rhoda does not seem to in a rush to be represented again in London...
In Milan, where is now Chiara Baschetti (not credited anymore on the website of Beatrice) ? Is Solange Wilvert eventually on her way to Women Milano (not credited anymore on the website of Fashion) ? Where Sharon Kavjian will go after IMG ? Which agency will welcome Lara Mullen or Madison Headrick ?
... and many more still secret switches already in process but too early to mention...
Happy Holidays ! :-D

After covers for the editions of Vogue USA, UK, Brazil, Japan or Paris but also LOVE, Harper's Bazaar UK, Dazed, ELLE France and Grazia France (this week), I have the strange feeling that Kate is
again on the cover of Vogue Paris Dec/Jan to end very well another fantastic year for her... maybe even shot by Hedi Slimane who would be a fantastic Guest Editor.
I might be wrong, I might be right. Confirmations soon...
I visited yesterday the Galerie de L'Instant, rue de Poitou, in Paris where several portraits of Kate are exhibited until September 14th.
It is quite small, the photos are not shown in the best conditions and some portraits already sold are missing (forget the ones by Corinne Day...).
My favorite one is by Maître Paolo Roversi...the average cost to own such a limited print is between 5 500 (small size) and 10 000 euros... I love Kate but I'll wait for my copy of September Vogue US !
New sensation Juliane Grüner, who is on cover of the July issue of Vogue Italia, has apparently no agency representing her in Paris, London, NY or Milan.. How long will it take for Scoop Models, her mother agency, to find the lucky homes to welcome her ? To be continued of course !
